Silver Sneakers with Elizabeth
This class provides a full body workout alternating between fun cardio segments and muscle strengthening segments. We also work on balance and we challenge the brain with some fun drills. The entire workout can be done with or without equipment. If you have a resistance band, weights (soup cans will do!), a small ball and a stable chair, please feel free to have those nearby. Most importantly, bring yourself and plan on having a good time with your fitness friends. Level: Beginner/Intermediate
