This series will help participants develop a broad range of coping skills applicable to daily life, including managing stress, emotions, and uncertainty, as well as take a deeper dive into the practice of mindfulness. The dates for each individual workshop are listed below.
Coping with Stress: 10/5, 11/2, 12/7 (First Monday of the month)
Surviving Difficult Emotions: 9/14, 10/12, 11/9, 12/14 (Second Monday of the month)
Navigating Uncertainty: 9/21, 10/19, 11/16 (Third Monday of the month)
Mastering Mindfulness: 9/28, 10/26, 11/23 (Fourth Monday of the month)
