The session will cover key components of person-centered care, interprofessional practice and value-based payment in oral health. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and engage with presenters in a meaningful discussion about how we can strategically adapt dental programs in support of growing and maintaining access to care and operational stability.
1. Understand the changing healthcare landscape and what that means for FQHC dental programs.
2. How to prepare the dental program for value-based care through both clinically and fiscally sound best practices.
3. Identify opportunities in both primary and oral health care by incorporating a person- centered disease management approach to care delivery using teledentistry.
