Unpacking Mungo Explorer
Join us for this introduction to Mungo Explorer resource, aligned with the Australian Curriculum - History and Geography, for primary and years 7/8. It is now possible to take students on a journey into Ancient Australia, and discover the lifestyles of Indigenous peoples who lived though an ice age and changing climates.

The source material used in these units of work draws from the scientist who discovered Mungo Lady and Mungo Man, Prof Jim Bowler including narrative and images. Indigenous perspectives also are woven through the curriculum, integrating with scientific and historical inquiry. You will be taken through the resource and explore integrating these units into your current curriculum, or using this as a stand alone resource, to deliver deep learning exploring together with your students our dynamic Australian History.
