How account managers can help agencies grow

This MedComms Networking online workshop, using the video platform, will be led by Jenny Plant. Jenny is the founder of Account Management Skills and helps creative agencies retain clients and increase lifetime value. She is invited in by agency leaders who are frustrated their client service team are not being pro-active when managing accounts. Some are concerned about losing clients and others are worried they've made the wrong hires.

Jenny is also contacted by agency account managers who are struggling to get promoted to the next level, want to increase their confidence with the client but haven’t received any training in how to develop their skills and feel this is limiting their career progression.

Jenny has been running her Client Development For Agencies workshop for the Pharmaceutical Marketing Society since 2016.

Note there will be a maximum 20 participants in this workshop, which will run for an hour, from 12.00-13.00 UK time. This workshop will not be recorded.
