Many people have either assumptions or questions about why Jesus died. Atonement theories wrestle with what the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus (Yeshua) really mean. In evangelical America, we often see one particular theory emphasized over others. However, there have been many orthodox views over the years regarding why Jesus (Yeshua) died. There is a rich beauty in examining what the other theories center on. The atonement theory one holds onto directly impacts how one sees God, themselves, sin, and the world. A Judaic-Christian perspective will be among the theories presented in this webinar.
