SPLC Hands on Learning Session #4 (members only): Organizational Inventory
During this hands-on learning session you will:

1. Better understand your organization’s journey towards sustainable purchasing by inventorying your organization’s current activities, goals, and priorities
2. Make connections between current or planned sustainable purchasing activities and existing organizational priorities;
3. Leave prepared to begin developing sustainable purchasing goals that are relevant to your organization and that will support existing organizational priorities

Before developing a sustainable purchasing program or crafting big sustainable purchasing goals, it’s important to take a step back to understand how your existing work is already serving as a foundation for both supporting your organization’s existing priorities and providing a platform for increasing positive impacts. Of equal importance is finding ways to achieve buy-in for your efforts by aligning your sustainable purchasing activities in ways that accelerate progress toward organizational goals. Join the SPLC’s Program Team for a Hands-On Learning Workshop designed to help you take stock of existing activities, goals, and priorities so you can proceed with program and goal development in relevant and impactful ways.
