Our Emotional Fitness Class offers you a one hour space to look after and nourish your emotions and feeling state.
The class is similar to a guided meditation -- there's no talking, no sharing, just you and the experience of releasing and letting go whatever difficult emotion (stress, worry, anxiety, overwhelm, etc.) is bothering you at the time. At the end of the class we connect to and expand one positive or supportive emotion.
