Phenomenal woman, just thinking about what's going on in your mind drops me into my heart. Especially when I know it doesn't need to be that difficult and small changes make a big difference.

I originally started with 1-2 minutes mini-choices. Like when I was sad, I actually cried, lovingly, completely and comforted myself like my mother...the best part is it only took 2 minutes! Et voila I was back stronger and wiser than before!

I didn't have a community and I certainly didn't have a lot of time on my hands. I'm naturally inclined to be a bit emotional and I own that! Even at times when I appeared to be at my best, I was feeling my worst. CONNECTING with and ACKNOWLEDGING my emotions has always been a power source for me. I much prefer to give myself permission to feel them rather than to numb them.
