Gov. Phil Murphy continues signed into law various workplace measures that failed to receive final approval during the Christie Administration and he pledged to approve while campaigning for office. Pay equity and paid sick leave measures were signed last year and are now effective, and he recently signed bills to increase the state’s minimum wage and expand paid family leave. Other workplace measures are either awaiting his signature our moving through the legislature.
