Here you will find the rules for using our brand assets and showcasing Zoom content. These guidelines will give specific examples of how to, and how not to use Zoom in your publishing. Please remember, we are happy you are promoting our product; we simply ask that when advertising or marketing materials related to Zoom, do not suggest we are sponsoring or are formally affiliated with the content unless given written permission.
Our elements and marks include the Zoom name, Zoom logos, Zoom products and product names, Zoom interface, Zoom sounds, Zoom website and blog, and any phrase used on these platforms that signifies Zoom as a video conferencing software.

When using Zoom logo Do Not:
Insert filters, tints, or effects
Crop the logo
Place over photographs
When using or referring to the Zoom name in print, the first letter must be capitalized followed by lowercase.
When using a Zoom name Do Not Use:
1. All lower case
2. All Uppercase
3. Our website URL
Although the statement may be true, do not use a Zoom logo in a sentence.
1. If you are creating a website or other service designed to be used with Zoom, please be sure it has its own distinctive name and layout. Keep in mind, the assets must be branded with original content.
2. Please do not create a domain that has Zoom, or any form of Zoom in the title - this includes misspelling Zoom or a similar variation of Zoom.
As a Zoom reseller, your website should not copy or imitate the design of Zoom's website or interface. The website should look independent from Zoom, but may contain original and unaltered content provided in the Zoom Reseller Portal. Any content with Zoom information listed must include your company name or logo in addition to any mention of Zoom.
You are permitted to link back to the zoom.us website if done so in a legal manner and in a way that does not damage the reputation of Zoom as a company. When linking, we ask you not create the assumption that Zoom is a sponsor or a formal affiliate to your company.

A Customer Vanity URLs allows you to create a custom page so your company's users can start or join a meeting via your company's personalized URL, such as https://yourcompany.zoom.us. You can also customize your email invitation template. Please remember that all brand guidelines stipulated in this guide apply to your personalized website.
Your Zoom vanity website should be customized to represent your organization's branding. It should not copy or imitate the design of Zoom's website or interface. By default, your new website will look exactly like Zoom.us. This is meant to be a starting point for you to add your own logo and branding. The website should look independent from Zoom, but may contain original and unaltered content provided by Zoom's Marketing team such as the Zoom logo or a Zoom datasheet. If your website is found to be out of compliance with these guidelines, you will be notified and given three months to comply before the website is taken down.
